Paul K. Danner is a seasoned public company leader with more than three decades of executive experience driving shareholder value in dynamic, highly regulated industries. As Executive Chairman of SkyAI, Inc., he was selected to guide the Company's strategic transition where his capital markets expertise and operational track record position him uniquely to lead as the Principal Executive Officer. Mr. Danner has served as chief executive of four Nasdaq-listed enterprises, where he successfully executed IPOs, led M&A-driven growth strategies, raised significant capital, and delivered sustained operational transformation. He has also held senior board leadership roles—including Executive Chairman, Chairman, and Audit Committee Chair—across six different public companies. A graduate of Colorado State University (B.S. Business Finance) and Old Dominion University's Strome College of Business (M.B.A.), Mr. Danner is also a retired U.S. Navy Captain, F-14 Tomcat Naval Aviator, and Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer.
